Autopay Authorization Terms
Last Updated: February 23, 2026
These Autopay Authorization Terms (“Autopay Terms”) govern the automatic payment feature for your Flex Credit Boost Account, managed by FinFi Trust Co, LLC (“FinFi Trust,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enabling Autopay, you agree to these terms in addition to the Credit Account Agreement and Terms of Service.
1. Authorization
By enabling Autopay, you authorize FinFi Trust Co, LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file for your recurring subscription payments on or after each due date. This authorization remains in effect until you disable Autopay or close your account.
2. Payment Schedule
Autopay charges are processed on the scheduled payment date for your subscription plan (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle). If the scheduled date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the charge may be processed on the next business day.
3. Payment Method
Autopay will charge the payment method currently on file for your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid, current, and has sufficient funds. If your payment method is declined, we may retry the charge and/or notify you to update your payment information.
You may update your payment method at any time through your account dashboard. Changes to your payment method will apply to the next scheduled Autopay charge.
4. Failed Payments
If an Autopay charge fails, we will attempt to notify you via email or in-app notification. You are responsible for making the payment manually if Autopay is unable to process the charge. Continued failure to pay may result in a late payment being reported to the credit bureaus, which may negatively impact your credit score.
5. Disabling Autopay
You may disable Autopay at any time through your account settings. Disabling Autopay does not cancel your subscription or relieve you of the obligation to make payments. If Autopay is disabled, you must make payments manually before each due date.
We strongly recommend keeping Autopay enabled to ensure on-time payments and build positive credit history.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your subscription, Autopay will be automatically disabled at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for payments already processed through Autopay.
If you believe a charge was processed in error, contact us at support@finfi.app within 30 days of the charge.
7. Amendments
We may update these Autopay Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Autopay after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
